Option 3.

Fixed fee online advertising campaign

£600 per placement across all salary ranges. The price consists of an initial £250 up front to cover the cost of your advertising campaign (However this is a massive discount as if you were to go direct it would cost you £100-£150 per job board advert). Our fee of a further £350 is charged upon us finding you the right candidate.

We advertise your vacancy across all the major job boards detailed below over 28 days.

We then use our specific industry experience to manage and filter the response and forward you only the best CV’s.

We also search all of the CV databases on the sites detailed above once per week over the 28 day period. We then forward you the most suitable CV’s sourced of candidates actively seeking new employment. (There are over 6 million CV’s registered on these databases, with new CV’s being uploaded all the time, this therefore maximises your chances of finding the best people available)

With this process you will receive a greater volume of CV’s and will be able to contact the candidates yourself to telephone screen them and arrange interviews etc as the contact details will be left on the CV’s.

If we do not find you the candidate that you are looking for within this time period, we will either repeat the process over another 28 days or we will credit your account and work on another position free of charge at anytime in the future, therefore there is no risk on your initial investment of £250.
